「ジェム」の形状にはいくつか種類があり，ソケットの形状と合致しないと装着できない

　ソケット武器/防具をはじめとする各種アイテムは，ダンジョン内の宝箱に眠っている。宝箱は施錠されており，開錠に失敗すると仕掛けられた罠が発動する。低レベルのキャラクターにとって宝箱の罠は致命傷となるので，開錠はエキスパートであるシーフに任せたいところだ。
　なお成功確率は低くなるが，シーフ以外のクラスでも開錠に挑戦できなくはない。お宝を狙って一か八か挑戦してみるのも，ある意味で冒険者らしい豪快な行動といえるかもしれない。まあ?賢い?冒険者かどうかは，また別の話だが??。

宝箱発見！　時間が経つとレア度が上がるとのことだが，ゲーム序盤のダンジョンではあまり期待できないだろう

　モンスターにやられたり，トラップに引っかかったりして力尽きたキャラクターは，お伝えしてきたとおり，魂状態で「守護者の像」にたどり着くなど，自力での蘇生が可能である。
　その一方で，ほかのプレイヤーに「死体回収」を依頼することも可能だ。規定の料金（ゲーム内通貨）さえ支払えば，特殊なペナルティが課されていない限り，街の寺院での蘇生率は基本的に100％なので，パーティメンバーなどに依頼して死体を街まで運んでもらったほうが，安全ということもあるだろう。ゆくゆくはこの機能を利用して，「死体回収屋」のロールプレイをするプレイヤーが登場することにも期待したい。
